De dietrich induction cooker /open door warning

Our de dietrich all in one oven and induction hob will not cook. When turned on and the cooking option selected it says "open door". For this reason the cooking wont start and also unable to start the pyrolitic cleaning as the door wont lock due to the open door message. We cant find any sensor that would detect the door is open.
The model is DCI499XU1
