Caple C2402 Random on display screen numbers

Hi,
Just installed a new Caple C2402 Pyro oven and although it seems to be working fine the following numbers are permanently on the display screen.
Any ideas what it means and how to get rid of it?

645 with a small 5 above and to the right of the first 3 digits
