Fridge and freezer appliances

Before you order, check:

Connections

• Ensure the electrical supply is within 1m of the installation.

Dimensions

• Ensure the appliance fits in your chosen location.
• For integrated or semi-integrated installations, make sure your kitchen units are able to house the new appliance - we do not offer carpentry work to modify units.
• Don't forget to check your kitchen door splits match the new integrated appliance. Door split details can be found in the product information and will be one of the following: 70/30, 60/40 or 50/50.

Before the engineer arrives:

• For installation, please defrost and wipe dry your current appliance.
• For disposal, please defrost and wipe dry your current appliance. If you aren't using our installation service, please also disconnect your current appliance.
• Identify where the mains water switch is in your home - check you can switch it off.

Exclusions

• Installation, disposal and recycling services aren't available if you select next day delivery for your appliance.
• If the product is coming directly from a supplier, installation isn’t always offered online. However, you can check if the service is available by calling 0345 017 0803 to purchase.

*Additional information

• Some of our appliances do not offer door reversal, this may be because they have electronic controls or they’re American-style fridge freezers.
• We do not offer disposal services for American style fridge freezers.
• For safety reasons, the installation cannot be in a bathroom, toilet or unheated outbuilding.
• We are unable to offer installation to certain postcodes – see coverage areas.
• Our installation and disposal services are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse to collect any item we believe constitutes a health and safety risk to our employees, or anyone working on our behalf.
